Located in the countryside outside of Lucca. This typical Tuscan
Farmhouse dating back to the mid 700’s was the caretakers
and farmers house to the Main Villa situated in the land behind.
Attached to it were also the barn and stables for animals, hay,
tools and machinery for cultivation of the land for wine and
grain. Still at now days we offer to our guests several quality of fruits and vegetables picked up from the garden.
The Property has been owned by the same family for over three
generations and has been modified with in the years to satisfy
the changing needs. So in the past years a radical transformation
has taken place, to create an appealing atmosphere, maintaining
intact the structure of the typical farm house, but creating
a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere for all it’s guests
who have come to stay and wish to be part of the silent countryside.
This is the house in which the caretaker used to live. This
lovely two floor Farm House, has a cosy, country kitchen with
fire place, living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a
furnished garden. (Sleeps 6). |

The Barn has been renovated maintaining its characteristic wood
structure and stone arches. Suitable for a family of 4, this
high ceiling space has a large entrance dining area, a lofted
master bedroom, and a changing room with bunk bed leading to
the bathroom. Access to a furnished external covered area, ideal
for aperitifs and barbeques. |

The old Stable has been transformed into a delightful, large
one bedroom open space, apartment, suitable for a couple with
a child. Situated on the ground floor with view and access to
the pergola and main garden. La Stalla also has a living dinning
area (with additional futon sofa bed), and a bathroom. (Sleeps
3) |

It used to be the cellar for La Corte for the production of wine. It has been transformed in a lovely open space for 2 people. From the living/dining area, with entrance from the main garden, you enter in the sleeping area with changing room and bathroom. Outside there is a furnished external area for lunch and rest. |
